Delivery Policy

Fat Pony Equestrian Apparel will deliver throughout Australia to your nominated address; each order requires a single delivery point. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one business day after payment has been accepted and is subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. Delivery is by Regular Parcel Post through Australia Post and generally takes 5 business days in metro areas and up to 10 days in rural areas. Delivery Australia wide is a flat rate.

It's recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down a
relevant delivery address. For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to work where you can sign receipt of delivery. Where you are not able to be home to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door. Fat Pony Equestrian Apparel receives confirmation from Australia Post to confirm parcel delivery, however we cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign receipt of your order. Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours
such as your work address to help reduce your liability.

Returns & Refund Policy

Fat Pony Equestrian Apparel welcomes change of size returns for any goods in original condition, with tags still attached. In the event the style/size you are exchanging to is out of stock, we will refund the original purchase cost less the cost of postage. Any return postage costs will be at the buyer's expense. In the event of a faulty item, please post back the item with the postage receipt, and in the event of a new item being chosen we will examine the garment and where appropriate send out a replacement or give a refund in full (including postage). Any change of mind returns, shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Please e-mail fpequestrian@gmail.com before sending any goods with a reason for the return.

To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct
original condition packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card or their PayPal Account. Exchanges
need to be made in the form of a new online product sale.
